SPE Certified's Almond Cherry Energy Bites Insta-Vid

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups toasted puffed kamut,
3/4 cup unsalted creamy almond butter,
2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds (coarsely chopped),
2/3 cup unsweetened dried cherries,
1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon,
1/2 tsp kosher salt,
1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
1/4 cup chia seeds,
6 tbsp honey,
8 oz. ground, sweetened cocoa nib.
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients excluding cocoa nib in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Form into 1/2 oz. bites (about 1 tbsp of mixture) and roll in ground cocoa nibs until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
