SPE Certified’s Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie Insta-Vid

INGREDIENTS: (yields 2 servings)

  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk

  • 1 apple

  • 1 tbsp raisins, plumped in warm water

  • 1 cup fat-free yogurt

  • 1/2 oz almonds

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract,

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

METHOD:

  • let raisin plump in warm water

  • slice up the apples

  • combine all ingredients in the blender and blend to a desirable consistency

NUTRITION INFORMATION PER serving:

450 Calories, 14g Total Fat, 1.5g Saturated Fat, 90mg Sodium, 52g Carbohydrate, 13g Fiber, 34g Sugar, 32g Protein
