INGREDIENTS: (yields 2 servings)
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 apple
1 tbsp raisins, plumped in warm water
1 cup fat-free yogurt
1/2 oz almonds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
1/4 tsp cinnamon
METHOD:
let raisin plump in warm water
slice up the apples
combine all ingredients in the blender and blend to a desirable consistency
